## Terms of service

_Draft placeholder._ The hosted Trifold service is not open yet. Design partners will sign a pilot agreement that covers what we provide, what you provide, and how either side can end the pilot.

## Privacy

_Draft placeholder._ This website sets no tracking cookies and loads no third-party scripts. The theme you choose is stored in your browser only. The verify page checks receipts inside your browser and sends nothing to us. If you submit the early-access form, we receive what you type in it and use it only to contact you about the pilot.

## Trademark policy

_Draft placeholder._ “Trifold” and the three-panel mark are trademarks we intend to register. You may use the name to refer to us and our products accurately. Please don’t use the mark in a way that suggests we endorse you, or modify it. Brand assets and usage notes are on the [brand page](https://trifold.app/brand).

This website, its code, copy, design and images are © 2026 Trifold. All rights reserved. The in-browser receipt verifier it runs is tfd-verify, a separate package under Apache-2.0, so that anyone can check a receipt.
