For studios and gyms

Sell plans and packs. Know who has visits left.

Memberships, class packs and drop-ins through Stripe, recorded as balanced books with a signed receipt for every payment.

  • Credits tracked as balances, so you know who has visits left.
  • A signed receipt for every payment, and a sealed month at the end.
  • Keep your booking app. Export to CSV and hledger for your accountant.

Simulated · invented names · synthetic data

A studio's year, simulated.

Ironbark Studio is invented. A seeded scenario runs its year through the engine, hledger and DuckDB, and all three give the same KPI hash. Its demo dashboard, below, shows the KPIs from the same runs. Run it yourself with the command on the card. See every preset and where the simulations simplify.

For studios and gyms

Memberships, class packs and drop-ins arrive through Stripe and post as balanced books. Credits are tracked as balances, so you know who has visits left. Every payment gets a signed receipt, and you can seal each month at the end.

Keep your booking app. Trifold builds the books from your Stripe payments and exports to CSV and hledger for your accountant. Direct sync to booking and accounting apps isn’t built yet.

Ironbark Studio, above, is a simulated studio: its memberships, class packs and add-ons run through the same engine and checks as the sample school, and its demo dashboard shows the KPIs on synthetic data.
